Health is just like wealth, until we loose it we don't understand it's real value. Now we are going to talk about how to be healthy and happy ? When there are some major issues going on related to our health only then we say, "no, now i have to take care of my health".
If we take care before we get ill, then we don't have to face pain of diseases. The time and your energy you daily expend on your  enven activities, if you expend only that amount of energy on your health, then you have no idea how much your life can be improve. Sleep on your left side - According to the structure of our stomach if we sleep on our right side then the stomach asids can couse of lots of problems in our health like improper Digestion, Blood flow, Heart burn. On the other hand if we sleep on our left side the stomach asides  can do there work more effectively and as a result Digestion happen very well.
2. Water drink reminder - You know, in our busy life most of us really forget to drink water time to time or just when we feel thirsty we drink a little bit to quens the thirst, which is not good for our health.

4. chew your food 32 times - According to Ayurveda, the rute of every diseases is our stomach. If we can keep our stomach healthy than we can easily stay healthy. The main two things that are needed for the healthy stomach.
   A. Avoiding the junk food,
   B. Have a good digestion power
In both the two cases it will be very helpful if you eat your food after chewing it 32 times. Any junk food, if you chew it 32 times and then you swallow it you will notice, it will not feel so tasty any more. On the othere side if you chew any healthy food for 32 times it will be more testy to eat. So if you can make it a habit to chew you food for 32 times then automatically you will no more like to eat junk food at all. And also 50% of digestive process is suppose to happen while the food is in our mouth, the rimening 50% in our stomach. If you swallow the food quickly then the part of the mouth remains incomplete and as a result we sufer from different digestion problems, so if  we can make it a habit of chewing the food 32 times then we can easily over come of this problems.
5. Create a healthy inveronment - If you'r all close friends are like this that they all day keep eating junk food or being lazy all the time and doing exercise is boring and they use to 10 to 12 cigarettes daily, also many often they celebrate alcohol party. If all of them follow this kind of life style, then it is common for you to adopt the same kind of life style to pop-up with them. And the other hand if your close friends are health conscious who regularly exercise, avoid junk food as much as possible, then it is common for you to adopt simelor life style like them. So if possible try to chose your closest friends in life with whome you expend most of your time in a day who are health conscious. Who understand that wealth is the real wealth and also practice it. If your refrigerator is all time packed with the junk foods than stop doing this. If your all room is full of junk foods then it is meaning less to try to be healthy. Because it will become to hard for you. So try to creat a Healthy environment around you which wi
